How do I pause an order?

 

  1. Go to the "Orders" tab
  2. On the order you would like to pause, click the pause icon

  3. Select the number of days and reason for pausing, then click Pause Order

Reminder: The longest you can pause an order for is 7 days. To pause an order for longer than 7 days, please Contact Us.
